APG USA is more than a General Sales & Services Agent. We provide airline representation, distribution, and ARC administration services across the United States. As the commercial extension of the airlines we represent, we promote and market our partners to the U.S. travel trade while managing sales development, account support, and market engagement to deliver measurable and sustainable growth.

We support airlines and the U.S. travel trade through disciplined market execution, deep local expertise, and long standing industry relationships. Working closely with travel agencies, intermediaries, and global partners, we ensure effective, compliant, and sustainable distribution across GDS, API, and NDC channels. On behalf of selected airlines, we also manage ARC settlement services, providing agents with responsive support on reporting, billing, refunds, and ADM related matters.
